中国矿业大学（北京）是教育部直属的全国重点高校、国家“211工程”、“985优势学科创新平台项目”、“双一流”建设高校，是全国首批产业技术创新战略联盟高校。1960年和1978年，学校先后两次被确定为全国重点高校，为全国首批具有博士和硕士授予权的高校之一，设有研究生院。学校有两个校区：学院路校区坐落于北京市高校云集的海淀区学院路，沙河校区坐落于北京市昌平沙河高教区。
Founded in 1909,China Universityof Mining and Technology-Beijing (CUMT-Beijing) is a national key university directly supervised by China Mimistry of Education. Which has been listed into the national “211 Project", the “985 Project Innovation Platform",as well as the "World First-Rate Discipline Construction University". It is also one of the initial member universities for the Strategic Alliance of Industial Technology Innovation, with its development supported jointly by the Ministry of Education and China's former State Administration of Work Safety. The university is now composed of two campuses: Xueyuan Road campus located on Xueyuan Road, the university zone in Haidian District of Beijing, and Shahe campus locatedin Shahe Higher Education Zone in Changping District of Beijing.

二、申请条件及所需材料
1.申请条件
(1)身心健康、遵纪守法并持有有效护照的外国公民。
(2)本科申请者不超过25周岁（自费生不超过30周岁），硕士申请者不超过35周岁，博士申请者不超过40周岁。
(3)本科申请者应具有高中学历，硕士申请者应具有与中国学士学位相当的学历，博士申请者应具有与中国硕士学位相当的学历。
(4)申请我校中文授课专业学习，应持有HSK-4级（含）以上汉语水平证书。申请我校英语授课专业学习，应具备相应语言能力。

II. Application Requirements and Required Documents
1. Application Requirements
(1) Applicants must be foreign citizens who are in good health, abide by the law, and hold a valid passport.
(2) Age requirements:
Bachelor's degree applicants: under 25 years old (under 30 for self-funded students)
Master's degree applicants: under 35 years old
Doctoral degree applicants: under 40 years old
(3) Academic requirements:
Bachelor's degree applicants must have completed high school education.
Master's degree applicants must hold a qualification equivalent to a Chinese bachelor's degree.
Doctoral degree applicants must hold a qualification equivalent to a Chinese master's degree.
(4) Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must provide an HSK Level 4 (or above) certificate.
Applicants for English-taught programs must demonstrate appropriate English language proficiency.
