Accommodation
In order to facilitate the study and life of international students, there are dormitories of different prices and grades on campus, which are managed as apartment. Please contact the student Residence Management Center for more information.
1. The international student apartment is on duty 24 hours a day, and special personnel are responsible for public sanitation and other services stipulated in the dormitory.
2. International students should abide by the Regulations of Dormitory Administration of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). If you move to live off campus, you must change your residence permit address at the Public Security Bureau.
3. Activities that violate laws and regulations are strictly prohibited in the dormitory. The room shall not be transferred, sublet or stay with others. It is forbidden to damage, disassemble or modify the equipment and wires in the dormitory. Damage or loss of public property must be paid for.
4. Pay attention to water and electricity conservation, and comply with the dormitory fire regulations. Indoor electric appliances are not allowed to cook, heat, boil water, etc. Do not light incense and use fire appliances.
5. Indoor storage of inflammable, explosive and toxic substances is prohibited. Those who caused the accidents must compensate for all the losses. In serious cases, criminal responsibility will be investigated by judicial authorities.
6. Keep the dormitory quiet. Do not engage in activities that will affect others' study and rest, such as dancing, loud noise, loud music, etc.
7. Keep the dormitory clean. Do not post, paint or nail anything on the wall. Do not put shoes and sundries in the corridor. Do not hang, put anything outside the dormitory or throw anything out of the window. Keeping pets such as poultry and livestock is prohibited.
8. Take good care of your personal belongings and lock the door when leaving the room.
9. If student encounters robbery, murder, fire and other accidents or find suspicious people in the building, please call the school alarm number 62339110 or the security department number 62331205 in time.
10. Students should cooperate dormitory management personnel when entering the room due to work needs, and should not refuse to do so. Do not change or install locks privately.
11. The door of the dormitory will be closed at 23:00 PM. International students living on campus should return to school before 23:00 PM. Males are not allowed in the female dormitory.
12. Visitors must show their ID cards at the school gate and fill in the visitor’s form. Upon leaving the school, the visitors will sign and return it to the reception room. If you receive guests in the dormitory, you must go through the registration procedure of the dormitory. Guests are not allowed to stay in the dormitory and must leave before 22:00.

住宿管理
为方便留学生的学习和生活，校园内设有不同价位，不同档次的留学生宿舍，实行公寓化管理。有关入住的具体情况请与学生公寓管理中心联系。
1、留学生公寓实行24小时值班服务，由专人负责公共场所卫生，并提供宿舍规定的其他服务。
2、留学生入住须遵守《中国矿业大学（北京）外国留学生住宿管理规定》。如果从校内搬到校外居住，须到公安局变更居留许可住址。
3、严禁利用宿舍从事违反法律和校规的活动。所住房间不得私自转让、转租或留宿他人。禁止损坏、拆卸、改装宿舍楼内设备和线路。损坏或遗失公物须赔偿。
4、注意节约水电,遵守宿舍防火规定。室内不得使用电器做饭、取暖、烧水等，更不得点燃香和使用明火器具。
5、室内禁止存放易燃、易爆和有毒物品。酿成事故者，须赔偿一切损失，严重者将由司法机关追究刑事责任。
6、保持宿舍安静，不得在宿舍内从事影响他人学习与休息的活动，如跳舞、大声喧哗、高声放音乐等。
7、保持宿舍内清洁，不得在墙壁上张贴、涂画和私自钉挂物品，不得在楼道内摆放鞋子和杂物，不得在宿舍外悬挂、摆放物品或往窗外投弃物品。禁止饲养家禽、家畜等宠物。
8、妥善保管个人财物，离开房间要锁好房门。
9、如在楼内遇到抢劫、行凶、失火等意外事件或发现可疑人员时，请及时拨打学校报警电话62339110或保卫处值班电话62331205。
10、宿舍管理人员因工作需要进入房间时应给予配合，不得拒绝,更不能私换、私装锁具。
11、宿舍楼门晚23:00关闭，住在校内的留学生需在23：00以前返回学校。女生宿舍楼男生不得入内。
12、来访客人在校门口必须出示证件，填写会客单，离校时由被访人签字后交回传达室。如在宿舍会客，须履行宿舍楼会客登记手续。客人不得在宿舍留宿，22:00前必须离校。
